Body Attack
Join us on a Monday morning for the Body Attack Class and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind.
Body Attack is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater for beginners to intermediate members. you will combine athletic movements like running, lunging & jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups & squats.
30 Minute Class
Circuit
Join us on a Tuesday Morning for a Circuit Class and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind.
Circuit training is a high intensity, fast-paced workout that can help tone your body & shed fat. These classes fast-paced & involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

Legs, Bums & Tums
Join us on a Thursday Morning for the Legs, Bums & Tums Class and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind.
This a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
